Warranty / Repairs
We repair any pedal we manufactured as long as Collision Devices is still alive!
Warranty does not apply on any visual default due to a normal use.
We do not charge for a repair unless the PCB needs to be replaced due to user damage. Customer is responsible for shipping to Collision Devices and back to him/her after the repair has been done.
Please take the time to read the user manual, check your power supply (+9VDC, negative center) and your cables. before contacting us.
